At South Florida Shooters, safety is our highest priority. Every event, training session, and competition is conducted with strict safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, spectators, and staff.
We maintain our own South Florida Shooters Range and Safety Rules, while also adhering to all applicable USPSA rules, regulations, and range commands during sanctioned and club matches. Our Range Safety Officers and event staff are committed to enforcing these standards at all times.
All participants are expected to follow firearm safety fundamentals, demonstrate responsible firearm handling, and comply with range commands and event-specific procedures. Shooters who fail to follow safety protocols may be removed from an event at the discretion of event staff.
All first-time shooters attending a South Florida Shooters event must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any shooting activity. This requirement helps ensure that all participants understand the inherent risks associated with shooting sports and agree to abide by all range and safety regulations.
